1. How do I rent a car?

Car hire is always done via this website or call us on 00 00 00 00 00 00. Choose your pick-up and drop-off dates, select the car model that best suits your needs and complete the booking online.

2. What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age to rent a car with CarhireAndalucia is 18 years old.

3. What documents do you require?

We require a valid driver's licence, valid photo identification (e.g. passport) in the renter's name.

4. What is included in the price of the car hire?

The price includes rental and insurance. In addition, unlimited mileage, free additional driver, free child seat.

5. Charges

CarhireAndalucia always charges a low deposit of 500 euros.

6. Are there any extra costs?

Of course, you pay for fuel or electricity.  You also pay a fee if you return the car late.

7. What types of cars can I choose from?

We offer a wide range of car models and sizes, including family cars, luxury cars and more. Choose the type of car that best suits your needs and budget.

8. How do I return the car at the end of the rental period?

The car must be returned to the agreed location at the agreed time. Our staff will check the car for any damage and whether it is full of fuel or electricity. You will of course receive a receipt.

9. Do I have to return the car with a full tank of petrol?

We expect you to return the car with a full tank of petrol or a fully charged battery - this is how you received the car.

10. What if the car is damaged?

If the car is damaged, you are responsible for the costs unless you have purchased additional insurance coverage. We recommend telling us about any damage immediately to avoid unexpected costs.

11. What about late drop-off fees?

Late returns may incur a fee depending on how long the car is delayed. Therefore, if possible, return the car on time.

12. Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes, and it's free of charge. To do so, log in to our website and enter your reservation number
